《农村能源》杂志已经创刊五年了。它在宣传“因地制宜、多能互补、综合利用、讲究效益”和“开发与节约并重”的方针、有关农村能源的政策,管理经验,新技术新产业等方面,起了积极的作用。为了回顾创刊五年的成就,明确今后农村能源主攻方向,《农村能源》杂志编辑部花了半年时间,对杂志五年来发表的作品认真地进行推荐评比,并将优秀作品汇集出版。
“Rural Energy” magazine has been in publication for five years. It has played an active role in propagating “local conditions, multi-complementary, comprehensive utilization, and efficiency” and “development and conservation” policies, policies concerning rural energy, management experience, and new technologies and industries. In order to review the achievements of the five-year publication and clearly define the future direction of rural energy, the editorial department of “Rural Energy” magazine spent half a year seriously appraising the works published by the magazine over the past five years and collecting and publishing outstanding works.
