1987年11月27日湖北省水利学会在武汉水利电力学院召开了第四届第十一次常务理事扩大会.参加会议的有正、副理事长、常务理事、正副秘书长及各部、室负责同志共28人.会议由童文辉代理事长主持;聂长晔秘书长传达了中国水利学会兰州会议精神;各部、室分别汇报了工作.
On November 27th, 1987, the Hubei Provincial Institute of Water Conservancy convened the Fourth Session of the Standing Committee of the Executive Council of the Wuhan Institute of Water Conservancy and Electric Power to attend the meeting. The participants are the deputy directors, deputy directors, standing directors, deputy secretary-general and various ministries and departments. A total of 28 people were comrades. The meeting was presided over by Prof. Tong Wenhui. Secretary General Nie Changzheng delivered the spirit of the Lanzhou Conference of the China Water Conservancy Association. The ministries and departments reported their work.
