3月的北京,春色宜人。数千名人大代表、政协委员肩负着人民的重托,相聚这里,共商国家发展大计。统筹城乡发展,构建和谐社会是“两会”代表委员们热议的焦点。“统筹城乡发展是构建和谐社会的关键,没有城乡和谐就不可能实现全社会的和谐”。城市与农村互为推动,农村发展离不开城市的辐射和带动,城市发展也离不开农村的促进与支撑。推进城乡协调发展是新阶段破解“三农”问题的基本方略,更是建设和谐社会的必然要求。代表委员们提出,统筹城乡发展,促进社会和谐,关键是要整体谋划城乡经济社会发展,大力加快新农村建设步伐,建立起城乡协调发展机制,搭建起城乡协调发展平台。“两会”期间,记者就此采访了天津市市长戴相龙、重庆市市长王鸿举、云南省省长秦光荣、贵州省省长林树森、陕西省省长于幼军、广西壮族自治区主席陆兵、大连市市长夏德仁及嘉兴市市长陈德荣。记者真切地感受到,凭着决策者们非凡的执政智慧、和谐的发展理念和真抓实干的精神,和谐社会建设必将迈出更加坚实的步伐。
