保持社会经济总量平衡是宏观经济管理工作的核心任务之一。这项任务完成的好坏,直接关系到整个国民经济的增长与稳定。但是,目前我国国民经济总量平衡工作还很不适应发展社会主义市场经济的需要。我国经济增长的波动频繁,有时甚至出现了较大的总量失衡和失控,改进总量平衡工作已势在必行。本文着重从方法论的角度,提出一点探索意见。
Maintaining the balance of the total social economy is one of the core tasks of macroeconomic management. The accomplishment of this task is directly related to the growth and stability of the entire national economy. However, at present, the work of balancing the total national economy of our country is still not suited to the needs of developing a socialist market economy. China’s economic growth has fluctuated frequently, sometimes even with a large imbalance in total volume and out of control. It is imperative to improve the overall balance. This article focuses on the methodological point of view, put forward a little exploration.
