以“科技语言的统一、技术概念的统一、工作标准和工作程序的统一”为特色的标准化工作,不仅在企业的科研生产,而且在企业的质量管理过程中起着越来越重要的作用。应该说:企业的标准化工作与企业的质量管理工作一样,同是国防科技产业化的基础。随着企业的技术进步和管理进步,随着市场竞争态势的激烈和深化,迫切要求企业活动的有序化,社会化和国际化,在当今形势下确有加快改革和发展的必要。
The standardization work featuring “the unification of scientific and technological languages, the unification of technical concepts, the standardization of working standards and the working procedures” is not only more and more important in the scientific research and production of enterprises but also in the quality management of enterprises effect. It should be said that the standardization work of an enterprise is the same as the quality management work of an enterprise, and is also the basis of industrialization of national defense science and technology. With the improvement of technology and management in enterprises, with the fierce and deepening market competition, it is urgent to order the activities of enterprises to be organized, socialized and internationalized. In today’s situation, it is indeed necessary to speed up the reform and development.
