随着我国加入世界贸易组织(WTO)及全球经济一体化的不断深入,我国化学品国际贸易越来越受到国际法规和标准的约束。研究并借鉴化学品安全管理方面的国际标准规定,特别是国际劳工标准,促进我国化学品安全管理与国际接轨,遵守国际规则,对增强我国化学品的国际竞争力具有十分重要的意义。
With China’s accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the deepening of global economic integration, China’s international trade in chemicals is increasingly subject to international laws and standards. It is of great significance to study and draw lessons from the international standards on chemical safety management, especially the international labor standards, to promote our chemical safety management to be in line with international standards and to abide by international rules and to enhance the international competitiveness of our chemicals.
