近年来,小班化教学越来越受推崇,不少学校相继实行该教学模式。班级人数的减少有利于让每一个学生受到同等的关注,更有利于学生个性及能力的发展。但由于经验、生源和师资等客观因素的影响,在分班过程中往往出现一些差异,如果教育和引导不到位,这种差异会在日后教学过程中日益凸显。据调查,各所初中都存在后进班级,既对学校正常的教学管理产生了负面的影响,加重了施教者的工作压力和心理负担,又对学生个体和群体的认知和能力发展极为不利。
