笔者根据多年承担企业员工计算机培训的工作经验,分析了企业内部员工培训的特点,以及为提高培训实效所采取的教学方法,探讨了关于参训员工培训后在工作岗位上自学计算机知识的能力培养。
Based on many years’ experience in computer training of employees, this paper analyzes the characteristics of internal staff training and the teaching methods to improve the effectiveness of training, and discusses the ability training of self-taught computer knowledge .
