新课程背景下,乡镇中心小学被赋予了新的使命,但目前乡镇中心小学功能发挥的“应然”状况与“实然”存在一定的差距,其示范带动功能、教研辐射功能及师资培训功能存在不足。要改变这种情况,就必须理顺学区与中心小学的关系,提高乡镇中心校的主体意识;加强人力资源建设,尤其加强校长培训和骨干教师队伍建设;努力将乡镇中心小学建成乡镇教研中心。
