There was a series of fruitful attempts and exploration on how to carry out the important thinking of General Secretary Jiang and “Three Represents” by General Secretary Jiang in the rush area of Nanjiang County in Sichuan Province. The “Five Firsts and One People” project launched by the district has achieved good results .
