节段拼装工艺法在我国的箱梁制、架方面的应用已经有数十年历史。其核心思想为先将整体梁化分为若干梁节在梁厂预制;然后梁节在特种架桥机上或支架上,利用湿接缝、干结缝,组拼梁节形成整体梁同时完成梁体架设。由节段梁到组拼架架设成整孔梁,工况复杂,成孔箱梁的线型控制一直为关注重点。本文结合工程实例,从节段预制、节段组拼、预拱度、精度控制等方面逐一提出了一套线性控制方法。
Section assembly process in China’s box girder system, rack applications have been decades of history. The core idea is firstly to divide the whole beam into several beam sections and prefabricate them in the beam factory; then, the beam sections are formed on the special bridge machine or the support frame by wet joints, Erection. From the segment beam to the group frame set up a whole hole beam, the working conditions are complicated, the linear control of the hole-forming box girder has been the focus of attention. In this paper, a set of linear control methods are proposed one by one from the aspects of engineering examples, such as segment prefabrication, segment grouping, pre-camber, and precision control.
