为通过对氟康唑和二性霉素Ｂ治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的对照研究，探讨氟康唑治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的效果，对４０例真菌性角膜溃疡患者分成甲、乙两组，每组２０例，分别用氟康唑及二性霉素Ｂ（或联合酮康唑）进行治疗。结果：氟康唑组治愈１７例，平均疗程１６．５天，二性霉素Ｂ组治愈９例，平均疗程４６．２天，两组比较治愈率有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５；校正ｘ２检验）。结论：氟康唑治疗真菌性角膜溃疡疗效优于二性霉素Ｂ。
In order to compare the efficacy of fluconazole in the treatment of fungal corneal ulcer by the comparison study of fluconazole and amphotericin B in the treatment of fungal corneal ulcer, 40 patients with fungal corneal ulcer were divided into two groups, each group Twenty patients were treated with fluconazole and amphotericin B (or combined with ketoconazole). Results: In the fluconazole group, 17 cases were cured, the average duration of treatment was 16.5 days. In the amphotericin B group, 9 cases were cured, with an average duration of 46.2 days. The cure rates of the two groups were significantly different (P <0.05; Calibration x2 test). Conclusion: Fluconazole is superior to amphotericin B in the treatment of fungal corneal ulcer.
