可持续发展已是时代主题。成人高等教育要实现可持续发展,首先要转变教育观念以确立成人高教应有的地位;其次要构建一套符合成人教育特色的教学体系以保证教育质量;再次要建立一个开放、灵活、高效的办学体制和运行机制以增强竞争力和活力;最后要培养适应社会和经济发展的人才以保持先进性。
Sustainable development is the theme of the times. In order to achieve sustainable development, adult higher education firstly needs to change its concept of education to establish the proper status of adult education. Second, it is necessary to construct a teaching system that is in line with the characteristics of adult education so as to ensure the quality of education. Third, to establish an open, flexible and efficient School system and operating mechanism to enhance competitiveness and vitality; finally, we must cultivate talents adapted to social and economic development so as to maintain the advanced nature.
