随着知识经济社会的到来,图书馆和图书馆人力资源将发挥越来越重要的作用。本文剖析了图书馆在知识经济时代的地位和作用,以及图书馆人力资源管理的现状与存在的问题,并就图书馆及图书馆人力资源今后的走向提出了自己独到的见解与中肯的意见,其中在人力资源管理创新上,特别提出要推行竞争机制、岗位责任制严格的考核制度,激励机制及人才培养机制等几大有效的管理机制。
With the advent of knowledge economy and society, human resources of libraries and libraries will play an increasingly important role.
