湖南省邵东县地处湘中丘陵,稻田依山而造,田块多、面积小,务农劳动力奇缺。往年遭遇重大病虫害,粮食生产就要受到威胁。今年又遇稻飞虱重发生,可是记者在该县采访时发现稻田基本没有受到伤害。邵东县农业局贺益红局长告诉记者,近年来,当地政府因地制宜,探索了一条可持续发展的专业化统防统治模式,提升了农作物病虫害防控水平,取得了“三赢”的实际效果。
