采(火乚)机齿轮属于重载齿轮,要求齿轮齿部具有高的接触疲劳强度、弯曲疲劳强度、表面耐磨和心部有一定的韧性。为了满足这些要求,过去国内外采用合金渗碳钢制造,如20CrMaTi,20CrMnMo,30CrMnTi,12CrNi3A。以 MLQ—80型采(火乚)机为例,仅其牵引部和切割部分每台就有20多种齿轮,齿轮模数为8~14毫米,每台需要齿轮钢2.5吨左右,年产300台,共需合金钢800吨左右。低淬钢70DTi 立足于国内资源,它与合金渗碳钢比,成本低、性能好,不要渗碳,直接经高、中频、或盐炉、箱式电炉加热淬火处理,生产周期短。我厂于1973年开始对低淬钢
