肖:魏教授,当前,我国的经济体制改革已经进入攻坚阶段,请您谈一谈,在建立这一新体制的过程中,我们目前所遇到的最主要困难有哪些? 魏;现在最主要的困难在我看来有两条:一是政府体制问题,一是国有制经济问题。就政府体制而言,我们的政府是按计划经济体制建立起来的。十几年来,我们对这一政府体制也进行过一些改革,如党政分开、政企分开等。但从实际情况来看,效果都不大。为什么?
