黄如训报道,在一个病人的一次中风期间,脑部可同时或相继发生出血和缺血两种病理过程,称为混合性中风。本文为我院近6年收治的10例报告。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料本组年龄在56～72岁,平均63.5岁,其中男性8例,女性2例。既往有高血压病史8例,冠心病史2例,老年性慢性支气管炎、肺气肿3例,肺心病1例。 1.2 常见症状和体征头晕或眩晕6例,头痛、恶心、呕吐各3例,尿失禁3例,抽搐2例。眼
