一、煤矿企业文化构成的基本内容构成企业文化的基本内容是什么呢?我认为主要包含两个方面: 第一、要建立一个良好的煤矿企业物质文化.主要包括:①煤矿形象.一是煤矿外部形象.包含矿容矿貌,煤矿规模,矿山建筑,人工造的矿区环境。这种外貌在一定程度上内化着企业的文化素质,在某种程度上体现出煤矿企业的特有风格,也可以说是一种企业依靠科学进步所达到的现代化管理水平的一种标志.二
