本文分析了实现带宽调谐的低噪声参量放大器的各种可能的途径。在此分析的基础上提出了一种切实可行的简便方法。最终得到了可调频带8—12.4GHz内几乎平坦的噪声特性,其噪声系数的典型值为2分贝。
This article examines the various possible ways to implement low-noise parametric amplifiers for bandwidth tuning. Based on this analysis, a feasible and convenient method is proposed. The result is an almost flat noise characteristic in an adjustable frequency band of 8-12.4 GHz with a typical noise figure of 2 dB.
