从安全性和有效性等方面进行孔氏葡萄球菌能否作为生态菌制成生态制剂的探索。选用一级昆明系小鼠64只,采用浓度为55×108/ml的孔氏葡萄球菌液经腹腔、静脉和烧伤创面三种途径接种在动物体内,观察动物死亡率和内脏器官细菌播散情况;孔氏葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌以不同比例进行体外混合培养。结果表明孔氏葡萄球菌接种在腹腔毒性较大,大多数小鼠死亡,内脏细菌培养阳性。但静脉和创面接种则毒性很小,少或无内脏细菌转移。孔氏葡萄球菌对大多数抗菌素敏感,易于控制。它对金黄色葡萄球菌有一定的抑制作用。孔氏葡萄球菌具有开发成生态制剂用于治疗烧伤创面感染的可能性。
From the aspects of safety and effectiveness, whether Staphylococcus aureus can be used as ecological agent for ecological bacteria can be explored.
