中共临沂市委组织部在加强换届纪律教育宣传过程中,组织创作了《换届纪律漫画释义》,生动形象地解读了“5个严禁、17个不准和5个一律”的换届纪律。现在本刊第三、四期刊发,希望起到警示教育作用。
In an effort to strengthen the general education on disciplinary education, the organizing committee of the CPC Linyi Municipal Party Organization organized the creation of the “Interpretation of Comic Discipline”, vividly interpreting the general rules of “5 forbidden, 17 forbidden and 5 for all”. Now published in the third and fourth issue, hoping to play a warning education.
