目的:探讨Oct4蛋白在不同分化胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法分别检测25例不同分化的胃癌组织及10例正常胃组织中Oct4的表达。结果:免疫组化检测显示,Oct4在低分化胃癌组织中的表达率为68.8%(11/16),而在高中分化胃癌组织及正常胃组织中未见表达,P=0.000 97。Oct4蛋白表达与胃癌患者的年龄、肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期等临床病理参数不相关,P>0.05。结论:肿瘤干细胞标志Oct4表达于胃癌组织中,并且与胃癌的分化密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Oct4 protein in differentiated gastric cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Oct4 in 25 differentiated gastric cancer tissues and 10 normal gastric tissues. Results: Immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of Oct4 in poorly differentiated gastric cancer was 68.8% (11/16), but not in high differentiated gastric cancer and normal gastric tissues (P = 0.000 97). The expression of Oct4 protein was not correlated with clinical pathological parameters such as age, tumor size, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage in gastric cancer (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The tumor stem cell marker Oct4 is expressed in gastric cancer tissues and is closely related to the differentiation of gastric cancer.
