以人为本,是中国共产党的执政之基,立党之本。渗透到了各行各业,特别是在教育事业中。素质教育就是在教学中以人为本的重要体现,在初中化学教学中提倡素质教育更多地表现在互动式教学上,互动即师生互动、学生与教材互动等。化学教学中互动式教学方式的运用能充分调动学生的主动性与积极性,使其在轻松愉悦的氛围中获得新的技能,同时也能融洽师生之间的关系。
People-oriented is the basis of the CPC’s ruling party and its foundation. Penetration into all walks of life, especially in education. Quality education is an important manifestation of people-oriented teaching. To promote quality education in junior high school chemistry teaching is more manifested in interactive teaching. Interaction is the interaction between teachers and students, and the interaction between students and teaching materials. The use of interactive teaching methods in chemistry teaching can fully mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of the students so that they can acquire new skills in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere while at the same time being able to harmonize the relationship between teachers and students.
