Safety Technical Committee held in October 24 to 26 in Xi’an, “Safety Regulations” (electrical part, the line part) revision seminar. Part of the State Power Corporation security experts and invited representatives, editorial staff attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by the Secretary-General Chen Qixiang of the Security Specialized Committee. The Editorial Department provided a compilation of comments on the revised “Security Regulations” solicited during the period from February 2001 to March 2002
