本文通过对93例单眼钝挫伤患者的视觉诱发电位和视网膜电图检测结果进行分析,结果证明:眼挫伤视力为0.1以下者的VEP的P1波明显延长;眼挫伤视力为0.1以上者的ERG的a波下降(P<0.001),b波延迟(P<0.05)为明显,因而认为视觉诱发电位和视网膜电图是判断眼挫伤视力预后的客观指标。
In this paper, 93 patients with monocular blunt traumatic visual evoked potential and electrocardiogram test results were analyzed, the results show that: the eye contusion visual acuity less than 0.1 VEP significantly prolonged P1 wave; eye contusion visual acuity of 0.1 or more (P <0.001), b wave delay (P <0.05) was significant, so that the visual evoked potential and the electroretinogram is to determine the objective prognosis of eye contusion prognosis.
