This article presents a drive and readout system for core memory using diode address decoding and selection. The drive current value depends on the transistor voltage switch and the appropriate adjustable resistor, the adjustable resistor is used to adjust the amplitude, the sense amplifier has an adjustable threshold voltage, and the read signal is stored in the capacitor-diode memory until Computer program control as needed. This article describes a work of magnetic core memory capacity of 4096 words, access time of 12 microseconds, half-election current rise time of less than 250 nanoseconds. With the proper voltage level and existing transistors, the system can drive larger memories with shorter access times.
