对PMC尾矿性能进行了较系统全面的研究,发现PMC尾矿为磁铁矿,CaO、MgO、TiO_2、P_2O_5、Cu和碱金属含量比较高,经磨选后杂质降低,含铁品位提高;其磨选后的200目、325目精矿粉的成球性指数均大于0.8,属优等成球性;其三种矿粉的烧结基础性能具有同化温度较高,液相流动性指数过低的特点,且3种矿粉的连晶强度均高于1 800 N,连晶固结能力强,较适宜生产高强度的球团矿。
The PMC tailing properties were systematically and comprehensively studied. It was found that the PMC tailings are magnetite. The contents of CaO, MgO, TiO_2, P_2O_5, Cu and alkali metals are relatively high. After milling, the impurities are reduced and the iron content is increased. The balling index of 200-mesh and 325-mesh fine ore powders after milling is more than 0.8, which is excellent for ball formation. The sintering basic properties of the three kinds of mineral powders have the advantages of high assimilation temperature and too low fluidity index , And the crystal strength of the three kinds of ore powder are higher than 1 800 N, with even the crystal consolidation ability, more suitable for the production of high strength pellets.
