凸轮转位分度机构(也称蜗形凸轮机构)由于远较其它间歇运动机构优越,而越来越广泛地被应用于各种自动机械中。但是,当机构中存在侧隙时,其动态特性显著变坏并导致振动、噪音及磨损的加剧。遗憾的是,对于任何一个实际机构来说,要完全消除其中的各种间隙和游隙是十分困难甚至是不可能的。本文分析当侧隙存在时,影响凸轮分度机构从动系统动态反应的各种因素,提出了一系列的计算公式及凸轮律的优化方法,其目的在于求得一种在侧隙存在时具有最优动态特性的凸轮律。
Cam indexing mechanism (also known as scroll cam mechanism) is superior to other intermittent mechanism, but more and more widely used in a variety of automatic machinery. However, when there is a backlash in the mechanism, its dynamic properties deteriorate significantly and lead to increased vibration, noise and wear. Unfortunately, it is very difficult or even impossible for any actual agency to completely eliminate all kinds of gaps and clearances among them. This paper analyzes various factors that affect the dynamic response of the driven system of cam indexing mechanism when the backlash exists, and proposes a series of calculation formulas and the optimization method of the cam law. The purpose of this paper is to find a method that has Optimal dynamic characteristics of the cam law.
