硼酸酯型汽车制动液对金属材料的保护性和橡胶材料的适应性是行车安全的两个重要指标。通过制动液各组分对金属和橡胶材料影响的实验结果比较 ,提出了制动液要达到对橡胶和金属材料的保护作用 ,采用的硼酸酯应为乙二醇类 ( 1 /3)和乙二醇类单醚 ( 2 /3)混合硼酸酯 ,稀释剂应采用二乙二醇单醚或低聚乙二醇单醚。并成功地调配出了两种 ZH 3和 ZH 4型制动液
Boric acid ester brake fluid on the metal protective and rubber material adaptability is driving safety of two important indicators. By comparing the experimental results on the influence of brake fluid on metal and rubber materials, it is proposed that brake fluid should reach the protective effect on rubber and metal materials. The boric ester should be ethylene glycol (1/3) And ethylene glycol monoether (2/3) mixed borate ester, the diluent should be diethylene glycol monoether or oligoethylene glycol monoether.
