电针的镇痛作用,在横断脊髓的大鼠(脊髓鼠)身上是否还存在,以往的研究报道结果不一。本实验拟以电针对伤害性放电的影响作为电针镇痛效应的观察指标,用电生理学的研究方法进一步加以研究。结果显示:模拟临床针灸留针30min的做法,给予持续30min的电针刺激(3mA,03ms,100Hz),停电针后,不仅有明显的电针抑制伤害性放电的作用,而且其抑制作用可持续20min以上。提示电针镇痛作用在横断脊髓的大鼠身上依然明显存在,从而进一步肯定了电针镇痛脊髓机制的重要性,同时对其作用持续较长时间(长效应)的机制给予相应的分析。
The analgesic effect of electroacupuncture is still present in the rat (spinal cord) that transects the spinal cord. Previous studies reported mixed results. In this experiment, the impact of electroacupuncture on nociceptive discharge was taken as the observation index of electroacupuncture analgesia effect and further studied by electrophysiological method. The results showed that the simulated acupuncture for 30 minutes in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment given continuous electro-acupuncture stimulation (3mA, 03ms, 100Hz) for 30min, after electroshock, not only obvious electroacupuncture inhibitory nociceptive discharge but also its inhibitory effect Lasts more than 20min. It is suggested that the analgesic effect of electroacupuncture is still significant in rats transected from the spinal cord, which further confirms the importance of electroacupuncture analgesia in the spinal cord and gives a corresponding analysis on the mechanism of electroacupuncture for a long time (long-term effect).
