中国金属学会冶金设备学委会于1984年3月28日至4月1日在湖南株洲冶炼厂召开了“有色冶金设备学术会”。到会的有来自重有色金属、稀有金属、贵金属、轻金属、半导体材料和粉末冶金系统的53个单位共98名专家、学者和工程技术人员。会上传达了方毅同志、刘学新同志的有关讲话和文章以及“有色金属工业若干重大技术政策要点”(讨论稿)。会议共交流论文63篇。其
China Metallurgical Society of Metallurgical Equipment Commission from March 28, 1984 to April 1, held in Zhuzhou, Hunan Zhuzhou smelter “non-ferrous metallurgical equipment.” There were 98 experts, scholars and engineers from 53 units of heavy non-ferrous metals, rare metals, precious metals, light metals, semiconductors and powder metallurgy systems. At the meeting, Comrade Fang Yi and Comrade Liu Xuexin delivered speeches and articles as well as “Some Important Technical and Technological Notes for the Non-Ferrous Metal Industry” (discussion paper).
