作为高校思想政治工作的一支重要力量,高校团组织的管理的地位举足轻重。但在目前情况下,高校团组织还存在团干部自身的问题、组织内部沟通不畅、对团员的管理无力、工作的灵活性较差等问题。要有效解决这些问题,就要加强组织管理、思想管理、制度管理,并让团干部责、权相符。
