我们对26例以头痛症状为主的疾病采用复合磷酸脂酶进行治疗,收到满意效果。其中眼源性头痛1例,神经衰弱综合征头痛3例,偏头痛7例,三叉神经痛4例。治疗方法:经临床观察,原治疗药物疗效不明显,在此基础上加服复合磷酸脂酶300～600毫克/日,1周后停服原治疗药物,单独使用复合磷酸脂酶治疗,26例患者均在服用复合磷酸脂酶1～2周内头痛症状消失,
