近年来,世界经济一体化进程加快,我国在积极进行经济建设的过程中,需要面对更加激烈的市场竞争环境。然而,我国必须意识到,现阶段人类正处于知识经济时代,要想在激烈的市场竞争环境中获取一席之地,必须从创新人才的培养入手,为我国先进技术的发明和应用奠定良好的基础。在这种情况下,本文从现阶段我国初中教育模式中的缺陷入手,有针对性的提出了创新人才培养取向下我国初中教育模式革新措施,希望对我国初中教学质量的提升起到促进作用。
In recent years, the process of world economic integration has been accelerated. In the process of actively carrying out economic construction, our country needs to face a more fierce market competition environment. However, our country must realize that at this stage, mankind is in the era of knowledge-based economy. If we want to gain a foothold in the fierce market competition environment, we must start with the cultivation of innovative talents and lay a good foundation for the invention and application of advanced technologies in our country. Under this circumstance, starting with the defects of junior middle school education model in our country at present stage, this paper puts forward the innovation measures of junior middle school education mode in the orientation of cultivating innovative talents, hoping to promote junior middle school teaching quality in our country.
