近5年来,在党的十四大精神和邓小平理论的指引下,我国卫生经济研究工作在一些重大问题上不仅有了实质性进展与理论突破,而且开辟了研究的新领域,填补了某些研究的空白与盲点,开创了学术研究与转化决策联姻的新局面。1 卫生经济研究5年来的进展与回顾 卫生经济学是一门年轻的新兴学科。在我国,从80年代初兴起,至今已走过了18年的历程。她一诞生,就注重服务和服从于卫生改革与发展的实践,并在实践中不断总结、提高、上升为理论,再以理论指导实践,有不少成果被各级领导所采纳,并转化为决策。近5年是卫生经济研究方兴未艾的5年,也是硕果累累的5年。
In the past five years, under the guidance of the spirit of the 14th CPC National Congress and Deng Xiaoping Theory, China’s health economic research work has not only made substantial progress and theoretical breakthroughs on some major issues, but also opened up new areas for research and filled in certain areas. The gaps and blind spots in the research have created a new situation in which academic research and transformation decisions are marryed. 1 Progress and review of health economic research over the past five years Health economics is a young emerging discipline. In our country, since the rise of the early 1980s, it has gone through 18 years. As soon as she was born, she focused on serving and obeying the practice of health reform and development. In practice, she continued to summarize, improve, and promote theory, and then guided practice by theory. Many achievements were adopted by leaders at all levels and transformed into decision making. In the past five years, the five-year history of health economic research is still in its ascendant. It is also a fruitful five-year period.
