在机械设计中,我们总是希望在消耗最省的前提下,使设计出来的机器满足各项技术指标。也就是说,希望有一个最佳的设计方案。随着计算技术的发展,电子计算机的广泛应用,使得我们这种愿望有可能实现了。显然,摆在我们面前的主要任务是建立各类问题的数学模型。本文对在我国地下矿山中有着良好发展前景的小型铲运机的工作机构的优化设计进行了研究,建立了数学模型,并对其计算方法及计算过程中的技巧作了一些探讨。
In mechanical design, we always hope that under the premise of the most cost-saving, the design of the machine to meet the technical specifications. In other words, I hope there is a best design. With the development of computing technology, the widespread use of electronic computers has made it possible for us to realize this wish. Obviously, the main task before us is to establish a mathematical model of all kinds of problems. In this paper, the optimization design of working mechanism of small scraper with good development prospects in underground mines in our country is studied, the mathematical model is established, and the calculation methods and the skills in the calculation process are discussed.
