目的观察子宫内膜癌患者低场核磁共振成像(MRI)影像学特点及临床应用效果。方法 25例子宫内膜癌患者,均经手术病理得到证实。入院后采用低场MRI进行检查并将结果与术后病理结果进行对照,分析子宫内膜癌患者低场MRI影像学特点及分期。结果 25例患者中,术后病理FIGO分期:15例Ⅰ期,8例Ⅱ期,2例Ⅲ期,术前MRI分期:16例Ⅰ期,7例Ⅱ期,2例Ⅲ期,诊断符合率为88.0%(22/25)。结论子宫内膜癌采用低场MRI诊断及术前分期效果理想,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the characteristics of low-field magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and its clinical application in patients with endometrial cancer. Methods 25 cases of endometrial cancer patients were confirmed by surgical pathology. After admission, the patients were examined by low field MRI and the results were compared with the postoperative pathological findings. The characteristics and staging of low field MRI in patients with endometrial cancer were analyzed. Results Among the 25 patients, the FIGO stage was 15 cases in stage Ⅰ, 8 cases in stage Ⅱ, 2 cases in stage Ⅲ. The preoperative MRI stage was 16 cases in stage Ⅰ, 7 cases in stage Ⅱ and 2 cases in stage Ⅲ. The diagnostic coincidence rate 88.0% (22/25). Conclusion Endometrial cancer with low field MRI diagnosis and preoperative staging effect is ideal, it is worth to promote the application.
