病史摘要:患者李某,27岁,汉族,1988年10月8日入院。患者自述于1985年6月在本单位职工医院剖腹产,术后经常下腹部疼痛,与月经无关,无发烧。1988年7月妇科普查时,经详细询问病史,了解到患者剖宫产术中,曾断针一根,当时未找到断针即关腹。予以拍片,报告为“盆腔有一异物”。近两月因腹痛加剧来我院诊治,一般情况好。妇科检查:外阴正常,阴道通畅,宫颈
