[目的]建立高效液相色谱分离测定42.4%唑醚·氟酰胺悬浮剂中有效成分含量的分析方法。[方法]采用Wonda Sil~-C_(18)色谱柱和紫外可见双波长检测器,以乙腈-水为流动相,同时测定吡唑醚菌酯和氟唑菌酰胺的含量。[结果]吡唑醚菌酯和氟唑菌酰胺在0.05~500 mg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数分别为0.9999、1.0000;标准偏差分别为0.175、0.161;RSD分别为0.87%、0.80%;平均回收率分别为99.62%、99.51%。[结论]该方法操作简便,分离效果好,精密度与准确度高,可同时快速测定吡唑醚菌酯和氟唑菌酰胺含量。
[Objective] To establish an HPLC method for the determination of 42.4% oxalyl ether · flutamide suspension in the analysis of the active ingredient content. [Method] The contents of pyraclostrobin and flutolactam were determined simultaneously on a Wonda Sil ~ -C_ (18) column and a UV-visible dual-wavelength detector using acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase. [Result] The linear correlations of pyraclostrobin and triflumilamide in the concentration range of 0.05-500 mg / L were good with the correlation coefficients of 0.9999 and 1.0000 respectively; the standard deviations were 0.175 and 0.161, respectively; the RSDs were 0.87% 0.80%. The average recoveries were 99.62% and 99.51% respectively. [Conclusion] The method was simple and easy to operate with good separation effect and high precision and accuracy. The contents of pyraclostrobin and flutolactam could be simultaneously determined rapidly.
