高职院校的教育理念是将学生就业作为导向,从而为社会培养出技术型人才,然而现阶段高职院校的学生就业情况不容乐观,这不仅反映出如今高职院校的教育水平有待提高,还能体现出社会体系的尴尬处境,即学生寻找不到适合自己的工作,相关领域的集团企业也挖掘不到优秀的人才。根据目前的实际情况,众多高职院校都在积极开展订单式人才培养模式,以便更有效的解决当今问题。本篇论文将以xx学院xx班为例对高职院建筑设备专业“集团式”订单培养的创新展开详细的论述。
