本文应用弓形虫不同毒力虫株感染同一种宿主和应用同一毒力虫株感染不同动物及不同免疫状态的动物宿主,观察了std/ddy小鼠和长爪沙鼠对RH株、BEV株和FUK株弓形虫的易感性.结果见到,弱毒株(BEV株-小鼠)和无毒株(FUK株-小鼠)对长爪沙鼠具有强致死性.提出虫株毒力除了与原虫自身的生物学特性有关外,也是寄生虫-宿主相互作用的综合表现.因此,在根据实验动物的临床指标评价虫株毒力时,需附加动物模型条件.
