在水利建设中,尤其在修筑堤防方面,土方工程的工作量是很巨大的,而以人力挖挑的施工方法为最多,且最普遍。因此,土工定额是很重要的,合理的土工定额,可以为恰当的调配劳力,合理的计算工资,确切的布置工场,适时的供应设备等,提供可靠的依据。但是由於定额工作开展得尚不久,资料积累有限,工作经验缺乏,因而使定额本身的某些部份,尚存在着一些缺陷,以当前人力挖挑土工定额曲线的形式来说,就是一例。土工定额曲线的形式,表现在连距的变化而定
