目的:分析假蒟地上部分和地下部分化学成分的差异,为其临床应用及研究开发提供参考。方法:采用石油醚和二氯甲烷梯度回流提取法,提取假蒟不同部位的化学成分,采用GC-MS法对其挥发性成分进行分析。结果:从假蒟地上部分共鉴定出36个成分,地下部分共鉴定出32个成分。共有成分有氢化肉桂酸、α-荜澄茄油烯、β-石竹烯、葎草烯、β-细辛脑、α-细辛脑、异榄香素等20种成分,含量分别占地上部分和地下部分总成分含量的85%以上和55%以上,其中含量最高的为α-细辛脑,均占不同部位化学成分总含量的30%以上。地上部分特有成分有白菖油萜、α-蛇床烯、d-杜松萜烯、β-桉叶醇、顺式-橙花叔醇、5-十八烷烯、角鲨烯等16种成分;地下部分特有成分有(1R)-(+)-α蒎烯、β-蒎烯、3-苯基丙酰胺等12种成分。结论:假蒟地上部分和地下部分挥发性成分虽大部分相同,但含量存在明显差异;两部分均含不同特有成分,可能与其不同药用性质相关。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the differences of the chemical composition between the aerial parts and the underground parts of pseudo-prosthesis, and provide references for its clinical application and research and development. Methods: The chemical constituents in different parts of pseudophakic were extracted by petroleum ether and dichloromethane gradient reflux extraction. The volatile components were analyzed by GC-MS. Results: A total of 36 components were identified from aboveground parts of pseudocamera, and 32 components were identified from underground parts. The common ingredients are hydrogenated cinnamic acid, α-tocopheryl oleate, β-caryophyllene, echinacea, β-asarone, α-asarone, isoprenoid and other 20 kinds of components, And the underground part of the total content of more than 85% and more than 55%, of which the highest content of α-Asarone, both in different parts of the total chemical composition of more than 30%. The aerial parts of the unique components are white taro terpene, alpha-snake bed ene, d-juniper terpene, β-eucalyptol, cis-nerolidol, 5-octadecane, squalene and other 16 species Components; the underground part of the unique components (12R) - (+) - α-pinene, β-pinene, 3-phenylpropanamide and other 12 components. Conclusion: Although the volatile components of the aerial part and the underground part are mostly the same, their contents are obviously different. Both parts contain different specific components and may be related to their different medicinal properties.
