目的 探讨社区老人自行购药和盲目使用抗生素,所致的不良反应(ADR)的发生率、临床表现及相关因素,旨在安全合理用药。方法:1.资料:①来源根据卢湾区四个街道老龄工作协会提供的统计资料,截止到 2002年末,我区常住居民总人口 312277人,60岁以上老年人口 73432人,②上海市药品不良反应监测中心2003年1—6月 600份不良反应报告公布部分汇总信息。 2.内容:①病人就诊情况:两周就诊率、平均就诊次数、就诊治疗占病人总数、自我医疗占病人总数、病人未就诊率、病人未治疗率。②病人未治疗的原因构成:自感病情轻、经济困难、交通不便、太花时间、医院态度不好、无有效治疗、其它 。 结果:2003年1—6月 600份不良反应报告中,由抗生素引起的不良反应报告共248例,占药物不良反应总数的41%,其中六成以上为10岁以下儿童和60岁以上中老年人。抗菌素成为本市药物不良反应的主要诱因。由抗菌药引发的不良反应(ADR)症状为,皮肤瘙痒、过敏性皮疹及过敏性休克等变态反应的占67%,恶心呕吐、腹痛腹泻等消化道系统反应的占8%,头痛、头昏甚至抽搐等精神神经系统反应的占4%,心悸、胸闷等心血管系统反应的占3%结论: 本次调查中社区老人自行购药和盲目使用抗生素,所致的不良反应(ADR)值得注意的是, ADR的发生与患者的年龄、用药?
Objective To explore the incidence, clinical manifestation and related factors of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) caused by community-based self-medication and blind use of antibiotics, aiming at safe and rational drug use. According to the statistical data provided by the Association of Four Senior Citizens in Luwan District, as of the end of 2002, the total population of permanent residents in our district was 312,277 and the number of elderly people aged 60 and over was 73,432. ② The adverse drug reactions in Shanghai The monitoring center published some summary information on 600 adverse reaction reports from January to June 2003. 2. Contents: ①Patient visits: Two-week visits, average visits, total number of patients treated, self-medication accounted for the total number of patients, patients were not treated, and patients were not treated. ② The causes of untreated patients: Self-induced illness, economic difficulties, inconvenient transportation, too time-consuming, poor attitude of the hospital, no effective treatment, others. RESULTS: Among the 600 adverse reactions reported in January-June 2003, 248 were reported adverse reactions caused by antibiotics, accounting for 41% of the total number of adverse drug reactions.
