采用Ansys软件分别对聚晶金刚石、45#钢以及YG15硬质合金3种不同材料电火花加工时的温度场进行了模拟计算,通过与实验结果对比,分析了增爆电火花脉冲电源加工聚晶金刚石时的放电机理,研究了热导率对放电爆炸力的影响规律.对聚晶金刚石电火花加工时的放电通道半径进行了估算和修正.结果表明,聚晶金刚石电火花加工时,产生的热爆炸力主要是促使熔态材料的抛出,聚晶金刚石材料并不是靠爆炸力直接蚀除的.此外,工件材料的热导率对放电产生的爆炸力有一定的影响,同时对材料蚀除率也有一定的影响.
Ansys software was used to simulate the temperature field of polycrystalline diamond, 45 # steel and YG15 cemented carbide by EDM.
