编辑部:6年前我得了高血压,前年又检查出窦性心律不齐。去年11月份,我每天早上5点左右醒来时,用鼻呼吸不够,还要把嘴张开帮助呼吸,住院检查被告知心衰三级。出院后早搏现象时有发生,即突然感到心脏好像暂时停止跳动,摸不到脉搏,过几秒钟后心脏又跳起来。请问治心衰的药要终身服用吗?治早搏又该用什么药?读者王骥远
