目的筛选并优化养血软坚片的提取纯化工艺。方法通过正交设计多指标优化提取工艺条件,药效学试验确定醇沉除杂条件。结果确定的提取纯化工艺为加水浸泡30 min,提取两次,第1次8倍量水提取1 h,第2次6倍量水提取45 min,合并水提液,浓缩至相对密度为1~1.15(70℃),加入乙醇使药液含乙醇量为50%。结论优化得到的提取纯化工艺合理、稳定、可行,保证了原处方的疗效,适合工业化批量生产。
Objective To screen and optimize the extraction and purification process of nourishing soft softness tablets. Methods By orthogonal design and multi-index optimization extraction process conditions, pharmacodynamics test to determine the alcohol precipitation impurity conditions. The results showed that the process of extraction and purification was immersed in water for 30 min, extracted twice, the first 8 times the amount of water extraction 1 h, the second 6 times the amount of water extraction 45 min, the combined water extract, concentrated to a relative density of 1 ~ 1.15 (70 ℃), add ethanol to make the liquid containing ethanol 50%. Conclusion The optimized extraction and purification process is reasonable, stable and feasible, which ensures the curative effect of the original prescription and is suitable for industrial mass production.
