应用5-Br-PADAP光度法测定铁已有报导。我们在试验中发现在5—Br-PADAP—Pe(Ⅱ)体系中,加入非离子表面活性剂乳化剂OP和乙醇后,能使方法的灵敏度、对比度以及络合物的稳定性得到改善和增强。本文探讨了5-Br-PADAP—Fe(Ⅱ)乳化剂OP多元络合物形成的条件,结果表明:在乙醇和乳化剂OP存在下,pH3.5—10H Ac—NaAc缓冲介质中,Fe(Ⅱ)与5-Br-PADAP生成紫红色络合物,其最大吸收波长在558nm处,铁含量在0—60μg/50ml范围内符合比尔定律,络合物的表观摩尔吸光系数为7.64×10~4;室温下显色,5分钟内发色完全,24小时内络合物吸光度稳定,方法有较好的选择性。25mgCa(Ⅱ),15mgMg(Ⅱ),10mgSb(Ⅲ),6mgAl(Ⅲ),5mgMn(Ⅱ),2.5mgW(Ⅵ)
The use of 5-Br-PADAP spectrophotometry for the determination of iron has been reported. We found in the experiment that the addition of non-ionic surfactant emulsifiers OP and ethanol to 5-Br-PADAP-Pe (II) improved and enhanced the sensitivity, contrast and stability of the complex . In this paper, the conditions for the formation of 5-Br-PADAP-Fe (Ⅱ) emulsifier OP complex were studied. The results showed that the formation of OP complex in pH 3.5-10H Ac-NaAc buffer medium in the presence of ethanol and emulsifier OP Ⅱ) complexed with 5-Br-PADAP. The maximum absorption wavelength was at 558 nm. The Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0-60 μg / 50 ml. The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex was 7.64 × 10 ~ 4; color at room temperature, hair color within 5 minutes completely, 24 hours absorbance stability of the complex, the method has better selectivity. 25 mg Ca (II), 15 mg Mg (II), 10 mg Sb (III), 6 mg Al (III), 5 mg Mn (II)
