一、自治区“七五”水利水电基建项目完成情况我区“七五”期间经济建设能够得到持续、稳定的发展,农牧业生产能够连续十三年丰收,一方面是由于农村经济改革激发了广大农牧民群众生产的积极性,生产力水平大大提高。另一方面则是由于“七五”期间我区兴建了一批大中型骨干水利水电工程项目。这些重点项目的建设为我区“七五”期间在战胜频繁发生的洪旱等自然灾害,保证适时适量供水,加强和改善农牧生产的基础条件等方面都起到了至关重要的作用。
I. Completion of the “Seventh Five-Year” Period for Water Conservancy and Hydropower Infrastructure Construction in the Autonomous Region During the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” period, the economic construction in our district will be able to achieve sustained and steady development. The agricultural and livestock husbandry production will have a good harvest for the thirteen consecutive years. On the one hand, The mass production of farmers and herdsman enthusiasm, productivity has greatly improved. On the other hand, this is due to the construction of a number of large and medium-sized backbone water conservancy and hydropower projects in our district during the Seventh Five-Year Plan. The construction of these key projects played a crucial role in the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” period in our region in defeating the frequent natural disasters such as floods and droughts, ensuring timely and adequate water supply, and strengthening and improving the basic conditions for farming and animal husbandry.
